Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed during the following business days.

Delivery within Croatia

Standard delivery costs €14.00. The applicable shipping charge and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery to selected EU countries

We currently deliver standard products to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping charges depend on the destination country and total order weight. The applicable charge and estimated delivery dates are displayed automatically at checkout before payment.

We do not currently deliver to Cyprus, Ireland, Malta or Portugal.

Oversized items

The Hills Rotary 7 Clothesline and Hills Folding Frame Post Kit are currently available for delivery within Croatia only.

Oversized delivery costs €35.00. Orders containing both oversized and standard products may combine their respective shipping charges. The final shipping total is displayed at checkout before payment.

Free local delivery on Korčula

We offer free local delivery across the island of Korčula, with no minimum order value.

Delivery timing is arranged directly with Roko on +385 91 524 8769. Select local delivery at checkout when it is available for your island address.

Free collection from Lumbarda

Free collection is available from:

Lumbarda 8b, 20263 Lumbarda, Croatia.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email and contact Roko on +385 91 524 8769 to agree a collection time. Bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.

Carriers and delivery estimates

We ship via GLS and partner carriers.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Processing and transit times may be affected by weekends, public holidays and carrier disruptions. If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can help investigate.
